1. Who is responsible
HotAdvertising Communications (ABN 45 096 683 198) is responsible for your personal information. Privacy contact: [email protected].
2. What we collect

It may be checked automatically (including an estimate of your age from your face and, for an ID, reading your date of birth and comparing your face to the photo on the ID) and viewed by a moderator. It is stored encrypted and deleted as soon as there's a decision, unless the law requires us to keep it |

3. Who we share it with
- Other members: only what is on your profile, according to your privacy settings.
- Service providers that help run YoSwinger, under contract:
- Amazon Web Services (hosting and storage, Sydney region)
- Amazon Web Services (automated checks of photos, including age check photos)
- CCBill (payments)
- Email delivery
- eSafety Commissioner, police or courts when the law requires it, or to protect someone from serious harm.
4. Where it is stored and how it is protected
- YoSwinger's database and photos are stored in Australia (AWS Sydney).
- Photos are private and only served after access checks; message text is encrypted at rest; passwords are hashed.
- Moderator actions are recorded in an audit log.
5. How long we keep it
- Deleting your account removes your profile, photos and messages.
- Some records are kept after deletion where the law requires it or for safety (e.g. moderation and takedown records, payment records).
6. Your rights
You can view and change most of your information in your account, delete your account in Settings, and ask us for a copy of your information or to correct it using the contact page (choose "Privacy request"). We aim to respond within 30 days.
