Community Guidelines

YoSwinger is a community for consenting adults. These guidelines keep it safe, respectful and legal. Breaking them can lead to content being removed or your account being suspended.

Consent comes first

• Respect "no", and silence, as a no. Don't pressure anyone.
• Only share photos of people who agreed to them being shared here, and only on YoSwinger.
• Never share someone's intimate images without their consent. This is a crime in Australia.

Adults only

• Everyone on YoSwinger, and everyone in every photo, must be 18 or older.
• If you think someone may be under 18, report them straight away. These reports go to the top of our queue.

Be respectful

• No harassment, threats, stalking or hate speech.
• Don't keep messaging someone who hasn't replied or has said no. Use Block if someone won't stop.

Be genuine

• No fake profiles, catfishing or using someone else's photos.
• No advertising, selling, sex work offers, scams or asking for money.

Keep personal details private

• Don't post phone numbers, social media handles or your exact address on your profile.
• Don't share another member's personal details anywhere.

Meeting safely

• Meet in a public place first, tell a friend where you'll be, and arrange your own transport.

Reporting and what happens next

• Use Report on any profile or message. The member isn't told who reported them.
• Moderators review every report. They may remove content, suspend accounts, and refer serious matters to the eSafety Commissioner or police.
• To report something without an account, use the contact and complaints page.
